Designed to meet EN81‑70 Annex G.1, it is particularly suited to large scale environments such as hospitals, airports and shopping centres where a bigger, more visible button improves user experience and wayfinding. The EN range features a black background with a tactile legend and optional Braille, providing strong visual contrast in line with EN81‑70 requirements.
In addition to the EN style pressels, the US85 is also available with stainless steel pressels with tactile legends and optional Braille, offering flexibility for different aesthetic and functional preferences. Its large 30 mm tactile legend improves legibility for all users, while the legend and halo can be set to illuminate at half intensity, switching to full intensity on call acceptance or floor arrival. This provides immediate visual confirmation, enhancing clarity and confidence for passengers.
